Accessibility: Chair lift available inside. This residence is not ideal for those who are wheelchair-depend or who suffer from severe physical disabilities. 

Marlborough Place II is located on one of the main arteries (Second Street) of the city giving access to many amenities such as corner stores, gas stations, restaurants, shops, medical & dental offices, pharmacies, bowling, theatres, churches, banks, parks, and bus-stops. 

Marlborough Place II is licensed for 18 residents and is fitted with 12 private rooms and 3 semi-private rooms. 

Residents enjoy two large and beautifully appointed living spaces equipped with televisions and cable, a bright and sunny dining room, as well as a lovely patio area.
