Accessibility: Ramp access at front of building. This residence is not ideal for those who are wheelchair-dependent or who suffer from severe physical disabilities. 

Marlborough Place III is nestled in the picturesque village of Casselman, located mid-way between Cornwall and Ottawa and only 10 minutes away from Embrun. 

Once a home run by nuns, this charming residence holds 18 private rooms; most of which boast their own sink and vanity.

Residents enjoy a large living room with a flat-screen television and cable as well as easy access to anything in town!

Just a stone's throw away from the South Nation River, the residence is a short walk from all amenities the town has to offer:
