Accessibility: Ramp at back entrance. This residence is not ideal for those in need of a wheelchair or who suffer from severe physical disabilities. 

 

The largest of the three homes, Marlborough Place I is located off one of the main arteries (Second Street) of the city on Marlborough Street. Serving as inspiration for the corporation's name, Marlborough Street runs from North to South through the heart of Cornwall giving access to many amenities such as corner stores, gas stations, restaurants, shops, medical & dental offices, pharmacies, bowling, theatres, churches, banks, parks, and bus-stops. 

 

Marlborough Place I is licensed for 27 residents and is fitted with 5 private rooms and 10 semi-private rooms. All main floor bedrooms have private entrances allowing immediate access to the terrace and smoking area. 

 

Residents enjoy three large and beautifully appointed living spaces equipped with flat-screen televisions and cable, a billiard table, a variety of games and puzzles as well as a lovely terrace and patio area.
